5.1 Scope of Delivery Agreement:

We aim to deliver all paid purchases within 60 days from the confirmation of payment, extending up to 90 days for deliveries to Russia and 120 days for deliveries to South America.

5.2 Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or imposed local authority limitations).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of BulgeUnderwear.com or its affiliates.
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account (e.g., payments made directly to third parties bypassing BulgeUnderwear.com).

5.3 Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests:

1. You did not receive your order within the agreed delivery time. Our automated review reminder is sent approximately 60 days from the order date, including instructions for actions if your order has not been received.
2. You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has exceeded the agreed delivery time by sending an email to info@bulgeunderwear.com with a copy of the order confirmation and tracking code.

5.4 Refunds:

If we cannot fulfill your order or parts of it after your purchase, we will refund the unfulfillable items.

All refunds will be processed through the secure payment portal, Stripe. Closetters LLC (operating BulgeUnderwear.com) is not liable for any further actions, compensations, or explanations regarding your order once the refund has been initiated. You will receive an email notification regarding the refund process. Please note, refunds may take more than 10 days to appear on your statement. If the refund takes longer, please contact your bank for assistance.
