Delivery Options
Our China warehouse ships orders via ePacket or EMS, based on the product's size and weight. From our US warehouse, we dispatch items through USPS.

We're proud to provide free shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. If your area is outside our shipping capability, we'll notify you immediately.
Customs and Duties
Please note, customers are liable for all customs charges incurred after dispatch. Your purchase signifies your acceptance of any possible customs fees when the products arrive in your country.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times differ by location:
- United States: 7-14 business days
- Canada, Europe: 10-20 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 10-30 business days
- Central & South America: 30-60 business days
- Asia: 10-20 business days

Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is sent. If you haven't received tracking information within 15 days, please contact us.
Tracking Status Updates
It might take 2-5 days for carriers to update the tracking information. If there’s no update after 5 business days, please reach out to us.
Multiple Packages
Items in the same purchase may be delivered in separate packages for logistical reasons, regardless of combined shipping requests.

Returns and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel orders until they are sent. Changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours after placing the order. Once the order enters the packing and shipping phase, it cannot be canceled.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is crucial. You may qualify for a refund or reshipment if:
- Your order hasn't arrived within the set timeframe (55 days, excluding processing) and you opt for a refund or reship.
- You received a different item than ordered and request a refund or reship.
- Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are not accepted. COntact us if you have received a defective product.
Refunds are denied if:
- The missing order was due to personal errors (e.g., incorrect shipping details).
- The order was delayed by external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
- Other extraordinary conditions outside Bulge Underwear's control.
Refund requests should be submitted within 15 days following the 55-day guaranteed delivery period through our Contact Us page. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
